After a long battle with cancer, Fran Niemeyer-Murphy, Sr. Manager of Research and Sr. Financial Analyst passed away on 8/20/18.  Fran worked at the University for 38 years and in the Department of Pediatrics for 11 years.  Many who had the privilege of working with her have fond memories of an inspiring woman with a positive attitude, who showed kindness and a general concern for the Department, and had a love of flowers and the color purple!!!  She will be missed by many.
