Spiced up Salads Learn more and registration    This workshop will teach you how to create well-balanced salads with a twist. We will discuss plant-forward eating by highlighting fruits and vegetables, most of which find their peak ripeness in the spring and summer months. We will wrap up the session with a salad tasting with a variety of salad greens and homemade salad dressings.

Popular Kitchen Gadgets Learn more and registration  This Wellness Workshop will highlight a variety of essential kitchen equipment, plus a few fun gadgets. We will discuss what equipment you need to make preparing healthy meals simple, functional, and fun, and ones that might not be worth the hype.

Bess Marshall, MD, Steps Down from OFD

After 12 years, Bess Marshall, MD, Professor of Pediatrics in Endocrinology and Diabetes, will be stepping down from her position as co-director for the Pediatric Office of Faculty Development.
